Christina Hall Breaks Silence on Divorce from Joshua Hall

Christina Hall has spoken out following her divorce from Joshua Hall. In a candid Instagram Story posted on July 25, the HGTV star made it clear that she is not staying silent about the situation.

“Over here waiting for the typical hired PR rep speech about how I was blindsided and how I’m working on myself and taking time to heal at her ranch,” she wrote. “Meanwhile, I’m over here, not as nice and quiet as I used to be.”

The 41-year-old real estate mogul and television personality emphasized how much she has invested in building a stable life for herself and her children.

“I have put a lot of effort into creating this life for my kids and myself, and anyone who tries to take what they don’t deserve or didn’t work for ought to feel ashamed,” Christina stated. “A man with a big ego and insecurities can try to pull you down, but ‘still I rise.’”

Christina also addressed the reality of divorce, stressing that it doesn’t happen overnight. “There is always a breaking point,” she noted. “This one is intimate.”

Divorce Filing and Timeline

According to multiple media reports, Christina and Josh officially filed for divorce on July 16 after more than three years of marriage. Legal documents indicate that the couple cited “irreconcilable differences” as the cause of their split. However, while Josh listed their separation date as July 8, Christina claimed they had separated a day earlier on July 7.

This discrepancy in dates comes amid financial allegations that surfaced just days before the divorce filing.

Allegations of Financial Misconduct

Christina has accused Josh of improperly transferring $35,000 of her personal funds into his own account without her authorization. According to court documents obtained by Entertainment Tonight (ET), the money in question was from her “separate property rental income.”

On July 8, one day after their reported separation, Josh allegedly contacted Christina’s property manager and requested that rental payments for June be redirected to a different account. The manager, believing that Christina had approved the request, proceeded with the transfer. However, Christina later revealed that she had no communication with Josh regarding this financial change.

In the legal filing, she explained, “Since those monies are specifically used to pay any loans, obligations, property taxes, insurance, and maintenance for these rental properties, I am asking Josh to account for the funds taken and return them to me.”

Moving Forward

Christina’s post and legal filings suggest that this divorce may not be as amicable as some might have expected. While she remains focused on her children and career, she is making it clear that she will not allow herself to be taken advantage of.

Though neither Josh nor his representatives have publicly responded to the allegations, Christina’s statement indicates that she is determined to fight for what she believes is rightfully hers.

As the divorce proceedings unfold, fans will be watching closely to see how this legal battle plays out. In the meantime, Christina is standing strong, showing resilience despite the personal challenges she’s facing.
