In certain parts of the U.S., it’s a good idea to regularly check around and under your car to make sure no wildlife has decided to settle in. That’s exactly what happened when a kind woman noticed a fawn sleeping peacefully beneath someone else’s car tire, and she decided she had to do something about it.

This good Samaritan wanted to alert the car owner, so she shared a post on Facebook to get the word out. The post quickly gained attention, touching many hearts and sparking some lighthearted reactions.

One of the most popular comments came from Joshua Kevin Nye, who had a mix of curiosity and humor to share:

“You just know it was an older woman, but how? And why didn’t she just leave a note instead of telling everyone there was a deer under the tire? I need answers!”

Another commenter jokingly expressed concern about the driver’s ability to read the message:

“Hopefully the driver’s literate! With the way some people drive, you can never be too sure.”

Of course, not all reactions were humorous. Some, like Cyntha Atkinson, appreciated the woman’s thoughtful gesture:
